Terms of Service

**Effective Date: February 11, 2022**

1. Service Agreement and Scope

Airgramme Chartered Service provides non-scheduled air transport services governed by this Agreement and applicable international aviation law. Acceptance of a Charter Quote constitutes binding agreement to these Terms.

2. Pricing, Payment, and Cancellation

  • **Payment:** Unless otherwise agreed in a membership or fractional contract, full payment is required to secure the charter booking.
  • **Fuel Surcharge:** Rates may be subject to variable fuel surcharges up to 24 hours prior to departure.
  • **Cancellations:** Cancellation fees apply based on the proximity to the scheduled departure time, as detailed in the Charter Quote Addendum. Standard fees range from 25% (outside 7 days) to 100% (within 48 hours).

3. Liability and Force Majeure

Our liability for flight delays, cancellations, or damage to luggage is limited by the Montreal Convention. We are not liable for non-performance due to *Force Majeure* events, including severe weather, acts of God, or civil unrest.

  • **Travel Documents:** The passenger is solely responsible for possessing all necessary travel documentation (passports, visas, etc.).
  • **Indemnity:** The client agrees to indemnify Airgramme against claims arising from passenger misconduct or failure to comply with crew instructions.

4. Flight Tracking and Data Use

The use of the PNR code to access the flight status tracker is covered under our Privacy Policy. The tracking data is for informational purposes only and does not supersede direct communication with your Charter Concierge.
