- **Booking Data:** Full name, contact number, flight itinerary (origin, destination, times), and PNR code.
- **Tracking Data:** Real-time location (latitude/longitude), altitude, speed, and status derived directly from aircraft transponders (used solely for the PNR lookup feature).
- **Inquiry Data:** Email and name provided via the contact form.
2. Handling of PNR Data (Flight Tracking)
The Passenger Name Record (PNR) is your access key. It is non-transferable and central to our security protocol.
- **Encryption:** All PNR codes and associated flight status data are stored in an encrypted vault.
- **Limited Access:** Tracking data is only available via the web portal using the unique PNR code. No personal data (name, phone) is displayed on the live status page.
- **Retention:** Flight tracking data is automatically purged 7 days after the final segment is marked 'Arrived'.
3. Data Security and Third Parties
Airgramme does not sell or share client data for marketing purposes.
- **Operational Sharing:** Data is only shared with essential third parties necessary for flight execution (e.g., air traffic control, licensed FBOs, and ground transport partners).
- **Security Measures:** Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption. All flight data APIs are secured behind firewalls and monitored 24/7.
